Garmin Watches - Saving Courses

Hugh, Karen and Harry have navigated some great runs which can be saved and re-run using most of the Fenix and higher end Forerunner watches. Here's how to do it.

In Garmin Connect: View the activity you want to save as a course, then click the gear icon, top right. choose 'Save As Course'

Then from the "Courses" part of Garmin connect choose your desired run and click "Send to Device" at the bottom of the run description. Courses can be found in the "training" section of the left hand menu shown as a blue stop watch icon.

I have created a group page for the Berkshire Trail Runners where we can save some of our runs, for you to download.
