That you have read the conditions and certified that you are fit to run.
Your contact number and Emergency contact number.
Also...
We know who to wait for should you be running a little late.
We can contact you to advise of any change of Location or Cancellation.
You are covered by Run Together / England Athletics Liability Insurance
