Today's Run was a modified version of the Bracknell Forest Five extended to make it 10Km, downloaded from Garmin, edited and sent to my watch via Garmin Connect. We will be saving some of the better routes to our Garmin Groups page, for other users of compatible Garmin watches to use for their own runs in Swinley Forest. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/groups
Anyway today's run was hot and humid, with the temperatures around 18-20C, a couple of new runners today, including Pete & Kerry old friends of mine from Reading Parkrun, and the return of Denys on his second run with us.
Hugh led the 5k group today, whilst I took the 10k on the the Forest Five route extending it through Caesars camp.
