New Training Sessions

We have just posted some new training sessions on Run Together led by Vikki Roberts-Caiger our resident Coach and Run Leader, featuring a "Strength and Agility" class and an "uphill Technique" class. Please note the Strength and Agility class will be held at the Parks Community Centre and is not a run.

To view more details or to book these classes just log in to Run Together as normal and look for the appropriate session, there will be a £5 charge per session, (of which Vikki is kindly donating 40% back to bolster our club funds), payable in cash on the day. Having done an uphill class myself elsewhere, I have to say that it made such a difference to my ability to ascend hills effectively with less effort.

As this is a new venture for us, we would welcome your feedback on the timing and structure of these classes, or indeed any other sessions you would like to see.
